Acadian Ambulance Service Computer Technician Assistant in Austin, Texas
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process Service Desk work orders and provide remote support to assist in computer related issues.
Troubleshoot computer problems.
Determine source of computer problems (hardware, software, user access, etc.).
Work one-on-one with staff on application projects.
Travel to company locations as needed.
Document resolutions for future reference.
Provide hardware and software installations.
Minimum of an associate’s degree in computer systems or equivalent work experience as a computer support specialist
Advanced knowledge of company supported applications. Ability to learn and support new applications. Work with staff; requires interpersonal skills.
