Acadian Ambulance Service Computer Technician Assistant in Austin, Texas


  • Process Service Desk work orders and provide remote support to assist in computer related issues.

  • Troubleshoot computer problems.

  • Determine source of computer problems (hardware, software, user access, etc.).

  • Work one-on-one with staff on application projects.

  • Travel to company locations as needed.

  • Document resolutions for future reference.

  • Provide hardware and software installations.


  • Minimum of an associate‚Äôs degree in computer systems or equivalent work experience as a computer support specialist

  • Advanced knowledge of company supported applications. Ability to learn and support new applications. Work with staff; requires interpersonal skills.
