Your Role: Are you
interested in being part of a new startup organization inside Oracle North
America. We are building a next generation Solution Engineering organization
with hubs located across four major cities in the United States (Santa Monica,
Reston, Burlington and Austin). The mission of the organization and these hubs
is to build and engineer cutting-edge solutions for our customers innovating
with cloud computing, big data analytics, mobile computing, internet of things,
cybersecurity and many more technical domains. Additional areas of interest for
us considering to investing in are artificial intelligence, augmented/virtual/mixed
reality solutions, blockchain, serverless computing and many other exciting
technology trends disrupting the legacy tech industry. Our mission is simple,

The target
candidate’s profile is one who can blend of deep technical skills (modern
programming, UX design, data analytics and software architecture, etc) with
analytical problem solving skills. You are expected to work directly with customers,
and members of the sales team, on key selling activities such as:
Performing proof of concepts with clients
Building repeatable cloud solution demonstrations
Delivering hands-on cloud computing workshops
Creating new industry-focused solution innovations
Your core
responsibility is to help the customers understand their business problems and
then using technology solutions using Oracle latest Cloud Computing services.
You will have opportunities to engage with a variety of customers from all
sectors and industries (e.g. retail, banking, healthcare, energy, automotive, government
and many others). To remain at the cutting edge of innovation, the organization

Preferred Qualifications:
Master’sdegree (GPA of 3.2 or greater) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering,or technical related majors
Stronganalytical minds with backgrounds in Math, Stats or any data-heavy disciplines
Strongtechnical aptitude, understands coding languages, programming, database, andCloud technology concepts
Confidentcommunicator with ability to collaborate and present concepts clearly
Drivenself-starter with strong organizational skills
Innovative,entrepreneurial spirit, open to new ideas and challenges

Detailed Description and Job Requirements
The primary focus of a Sales Consultant (Pre-sales) is to become an expert in a core set of Oracle products and solutions and to present the value proposition and benefits of our solutions to our partners, prospects and customers and internally to our sales force
As an Associate Internet Sales Consultant you will be responsible for providing presales technical/functional support to prospective clients and customers via the internet, while ensuring customer satisfaction. Deliver high quality standard Oracle presentations and demonstrations. Present and articulate Oracle product
- s strengths, relative to competitors. Participate in the design, validation, and presentation of Oracle software solutions.
Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures. 1 year experience with relevant computer applications or database/tools. Working knowledge of Windows or NT. UNIX knowledge a plus. Will provide supervision of manager or mentor. Bachelor degree or equivalent with 1 - 3 years prior business experience preferred.
