Computer Analytics and Project Management Intern

Hewlett Package Enterprise is seeking a Computer Analytics and Project Management Intern in Houston, Texas.


  • Work with Order Processing Program Management and Customer Experience and Quality Engineer to use data systems to extract and identify customer installations on new HPE solution based products.

  • Perform data analysis using Microsoft Excel to manage customer installation data.

  • Work with the Program Managers to obtain customer contact information and send out customer surveys to the HPE internal team and end customers.

  • Work with Customer Experience leads on setting up reporting to generate summary data and PowerPoint slide summaries.

  • Reporting summaries would include building excel filters and macros for extractions by HPE solution, customer, versioning, issue type, customer and customer feedback.

Education and Experience Required:

  • 2-3 years in Computer Science or Engineering degree program

  • Use of Microsoft Excel

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Prefer use of Microsoft Excel for data capture, analysis, and charting

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to effectively organize and communicate project plans and results
