Description: Provides next level of support to CVAH weapon system. Uses software and hardware tools and identifies and diagnoses complex problems and factors affecting system performance. Provides troubleshooting and maintenance of system. Tests and packages new systems and software changes as well as providing problem resolutions for the existing systems. Maintains current baseline of the system, implement software changes and troubleshoot these baselines as required. Provides all modified or converted source code, processes, programs, scripts, operating instructions, databases, system files, documentation, test files and test conditions used to implement each approved systems change request.

Education : High School Graduate; Must have any five (3) experience and certifications identified in DoD 8570.01 IAT II tables

Experience: Five (3)+ recent years of experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining operating system workstations and servers

Security: Top Secret (TS) Security Clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (SCI) ; Certification in DoD 8570.01-M (Information Assurance Workforce Improvement Program) Information Assurance Workforce Technical Category II ( IAT-II) certifications. MUST BE A US CITIZEN.
