Raytheon Testing Engineer in San Antonio, Texas

JOB SUMMARY: Raytheon Intelligence, Information and Services (IIS) is seeking a Testing Engineer to join our team in anticipation of supporting an upcoming Cyber program at AFLCMC San Antonio, Texas . Travel may be required CONUS locations. Job Responsibilities will include: • Performing the analysis of system requirements and concept of operations documents, acquisition plans, and system descriptions to develop test and evaluation plans and procedures, prepare for and conduct the data collection and analysis, and report status and results • Collaborating within Agile Scrum teams as a key contributor responsible for manual and automated testing of advanced cybersecurity capabilities • Leading and/or contributing to Test Readiness Reviews REQUIRED SECURITY CLEARANCE: • Current Top Secret (TS) with Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (SCI) eligibility upon commencing work. The candidate will be required to possess and maintain a US Government Security Clearance Top Secret SCI (TS/SCI) level. REQUIRED EDUCATION (including Major) and Experience: • B.S. /B.A. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Computer Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Math (or equivalent experience) REQUIRED SKILLS: • 7+ years of experience with testing of systems of similar complexity and size, with particular emphasis on automated test • 3+ years of Agile DevOps test experience • 5+ years of Agile test experience DESIRED/PREFERRED SKILLS: • DoD 8570.1 IAT Level III certification • Certified Software Test Professional (CSTP) • Experience and/or familiarity with Agile development, DevOps, Continuous Development / Continuous Integration concepts, and tools such as Docker, Jenkins, Rational Team Concert, JIRA, Git, Chef, Ansible, and Puppet • Experience with automated test capabilities such as Junit, JMeter, Cucumber, Selenium, etc. • Experience with scripting languages such as Perl, Python, PowerShell, VBScript, etc. • Experience with Windows, UNIX, and Linux systems and virtual environments (VMware, AWS, OpenStack).
