Prosperity Bank is seeking to fill the position of a Full-Time Desktop Support Technician in Victoria. The Desktop Support Technician is primarily responsible for providing technical support for desktop computers, and related end user desktop hardware technology for all users. Responsible for performing second tier (Help Desk is 1st.) technical hardware support to all users. Assists and supports area personnel and promotes a team environment. Keeps management well informed of area activities and maintains all related records. Assumes responsibility for providing end user computing hardware technical support for all users. Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining professional working relationships with clients, vendors, and outside contacts. Will be responsible for other duties as assigned. Microsoft certification encouraged. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: Very strong knowledge of current Microsoft desktop Operating Systems. In-depth understanding of Desktop hardware and Desktop imaging technologies. Proficient in MS Office Suite. Experience required: Two or more years of desktop support and related software and hardware experience.
